Bookings & deposits
A £50 deposit is required to reserve a place on most courses. The deposit is deducted from the total course fee and is non-refundable except where a course is cancelled by the academy. The remaining balance is due before the first day of training unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & transfers
If you need to cancel or move your booking, please contact the academy as soon as possible. Transfers to another cohort may be possible subject to availability and at the academy's discretion. Refunds for cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Course attendance
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Punctuality is important—please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Certificates are issued on successful completion of the course and fulfilment of payment.
Accreditation & insurance
ABT-accredited courses allow successful graduates to obtain Public Liability Insurance and work on paying clients. The academy does not guarantee employment or income outcomes.
Conduct
The academy reserves the right to remove any student whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. In such cases, fees may not be refunded.
